1. Where is Sihaa Skin based?
We’re proudly based in New Zealand and currently ship exclusively within the country.
2. How long does shipping take?
We process orders in 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 1–3 business days. Most customers receive their items within 2–5 business days.
3. What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over NZD $50. A flat fee of NZD 4.99 applies to orders below that amount.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the return process must be followed.
5. What’s your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and unopened.
- Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
- No restocking fees apply.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Each product includes a description of its general characteristics such as cleansing, hydration, or exfoliation. You're welcome to explore these to find a routine that fits your preferences.
9. What sizes do the products come in?
Product sizes vary; for example, some cleansers come in 150ml bottles while oils may be 200ml. Sizes are clearly listed in each product description.
10. Are your products scented?
Some of the products contain fragrance. Please refer to the individual product description for ingredient information.
